DeliveryWorldwide
We deliver worldwide. Delivery requirements vary by model, configuration and destination, so we quote freight to your door and confirm the details before your order is placed.
WarrantyBy model
Warranty cover depends on the model, fuel configuration and manufacturer. See the warranty page or ask us for the terms on the fire you are considering.
InstallationBy fuel
Bioethanol and electric versions need no chimney; every Naked Flame model still hangs on its own steel flue. Gas and wood versions vent through the roof and must be installed by a qualified installer to the building rules where you live. We will confirm what your fire needs before you order.

Hanging and mounting
Choose the shell in matte black, matte white or stainless steel, the pole in stainless, black, white, copper or brass, and a standard or angled ceiling bracket for flat or sloped ceilings. The black hanging system can also convert to the Cocoon pedestal.
Fill the stainless shell with ice and it doubles as a drinks cooler when the fire is not in use.
Installation and safety
The ceiling bracket fixes into the ceiling structure. Follow the Cocoon install manual for clearances and ventilation, use bioethanol made for fireplaces, and only refuel once the flame is out and the burner is cold.
Questions we actually get asked
Not here? Email info@nakedflamefires.co.nz and someone who knows the range will answer.
How much heat does the Cocoon Aeris give?
3 kW from a 1.5 L tank, burning up to 5 hours a fill.
Does it need a chimney or flue?
No. It burns bioethanol, so it hangs from a slim pole with no chimney, flue or gas line.
Does it rotate?
The stainless hanging system rotates 360 degrees and sets at 6 heights. The black hanging system adjusts in 250 mm steps but does not rotate.
Will it fit a sloped ceiling?
Yes. Choose the angled ceiling bracket for sloped ceilings, or the standard bracket for flat ones.
Do you deliver to my country?

Four fuels. One form.
