Refund Policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Faulty or Damaged goods

For products that arrive damaged or faulty, Design Concepts Ltd will replace or repair the product as long as within 14 days. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Goods must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Returns Policy

You must return the goods to Design Concepts by couriering it back to the Design Concepts store - in their original condition and packaging and they must be received by us within 30 days of delivery. Design Concepts Ltd may at its option either credit your credit card, or provide you with an instore credit, for a sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and delivery costs.

Returned products are the buyer's responsibility until they reach the seller. The seller shall not be responsible for misdirected shipments or products lost or damaged in transit.
