Terms of service

About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from nakedflamefires.com, operated by Naked Flame from 72 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices

Prices are set in New Zealand dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for your convenience. Prices can change without notice and do not include accessories, installation or freight unless stated.

Products and availability

We take care to show accurate information, but errors can happen. Availability, specifications, dimensions, finishes and technical requirements may change without notice. If there is a mistake in a price or description, we will contact you before your order is processed.

Finishes and images

Our fireplaces are handcrafted, so finishes vary slightly from piece to piece. Colours on screen depend on lighting and your display. Furniture, rooms and other items in lifestyle images are not included.

Suitability and installation

Before ordering, check that the fireplace suits your room, ceiling, fuel and local building requirements, including any council rules for your fuel type. Fireplaces must be installed by suitably qualified people following the manufacturer's instructions and applicable standards. We do not provide installation, and installers you engage are not our employees or agents.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays can happen because of freight providers, suppliers, customs, manufacturing schedules, weather or access. You are responsible for providing suitable access and for checking goods on arrival. See our shipping policy for details.

Refunds and faulty goods

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Website information

Product specifications and installation guidance on this site are given in good faith. Where they differ from the manufacturer's current documentation, follow the manufacturer's documentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
