Shipping & Delivery
Naked Flame suspended fireplaces are substantial architectural products and delivery requirements vary by model, configuration and destination.
New Zealand delivery
We arrange delivery throughout New Zealand. Freight charges and delivery method depend on the fireplace, destination and access requirements. Where a delivery cost is not available at checkout, our team will confirm the freight cost before dispatch.
Lead times
Lead times vary by model, finish, fuel configuration and stock availability. Products that are made to order, specially configured or sourced for a project may require additional time. We will provide the best available lead-time information when your order is confirmed.
Delivery access
Please tell us about restricted access, rural addresses, stairs, apartment buildings, construction sites or other delivery conditions that may affect freight. Additional carrier charges may apply where special handling is required.
Installation
Naked Flame does not provide installation services. Your fireplace must be installed by a suitably qualified person in accordance with the manufacturer’s current installation documentation and all applicable New Zealand requirements. The qualifications required will depend on the selected fuel type, fireplace model and the work involved.
Please ensure your installer reviews the relevant technical and installation documentation before work begins. Contact our team if product-specific documentation is required.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the packaging and product as soon as practical after delivery. If there is visible freight damage, photograph the packaging and product and contact us promptly at sales@nakedflame.nz or 0800 468 836 so we can help.
