We deliver bioethanol suspended and freestanding fireplaces from Auckland to your door anywhere in Australia. Freight is a flat rate shown at checkout in AUD, currently about A$295 for a fire to a standard address, about A$345 to a rural address and about A$75 for small parts. Rates convert from NZD, so the AUD figure moves with the exchange rate.
What we deliver to Australia
- Bioethanol suspended fireplaces: the Naked Flame Sphere, Curve 90, Curve 120, Orbit and Silo, the Cocoon Aeris, the Iconic 900 and the Planika Pillar.
- Freestanding bioethanol fireplaces: the Cocoon Pedestal and the Iconic 900 Pedestal.
- Accessories: hanging systems, ceiling brackets, extension poles and refuelling tools.
What we do not deliver to Australia
- Gas, wood and electric versions of the Naked Flame forms. These are made for New Zealand and are not currently available for Australian delivery.
- Bioethanol fuel. Buy fuel made for fireplaces from an Australian supplier and check it suits your burner.
Before you order
- Send us the ceiling height at the fire position, the pitch if it is raked, and the room size.
- We confirm the ceiling fitting, flue length and burner for the room.
- Tell us about access: stairs, apartment lifts, rural roads or a building site.
Import charges
Goods imported into Australia above A$1,000 may attract Australian GST and other import charges set by the Australian Border Force. We will tell you what applies to your order before it ships.
Installation
We do not install. Your fire must be installed by a suitably qualified person following the maker's installation documentation and all applicable Australian, state and council requirements. Hanging fires fix into the ceiling structure, and the Naked Flame forms need the structure to hold 350 kg to allow for swing. Ask us for the install guide and technical drawings for your builder before you order.
