The questions people ask first
Not here? Email sales@nakedflame.nz and someone who knows the range will answer.
Which fuel should I choose?
Every Naked Flame fire comes in bioethanol, gas, wood or electric. Bioethanol and electric suit homes with no chimney or gas supply. Gas suits homes with a gas supply. Wood gives you a traditional fire. Tell us about the house and we will help you choose.
Do I need a chimney?
It depends on the fuel. Bioethanol and electric need no chimney, though every Naked Flame model still hangs on its own steel flue. Gas and wood vent through the roof and need a qualified installer, following the building rules where you live.
Will it fit my ceiling?
Choose a flat or pitched ceiling fitting when you order. Send us your ceiling height and pitch and we will confirm the fit before your order is placed.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver worldwide. Requirements vary by model, configuration and destination, so we quote freight to your door before you order.
Can I see one in a real home?
Yes. Our projects page shows the range installed, and we can send photos of the finish and fuel you are considering.
