Bioethanol and electric versions need no chimney; every Naked Flame model still hangs on its own steel flue. Gas and wood versions vent through the roof and must be installed by a qualified installer to the building rules where you live. We will confirm what your fire needs before you order.

Fuel
Planika specifies plant-based bioethanol at 95 to 96.6% and does not allow scented or gel fuel. Check with us before you order fuel for a Planika fire.
Installation and safety
The Pillar needs a 230 V mains connection and is for indoor use only. The upper section weighs up to 50 kg and fixes to the ceiling structure. We confirm heat output, tank size and minimum room size for your configuration with your quote.

How is the Pillar controlled?
From the Planika app, the remote or the touch panel, with six flame levels and a child lock.
Do I have to pour fuel into the burner?
No. An automatic pump feeds the burner from its fuel tank, so you never pour fuel into the burner itself.
Which fuel can I use?
Plant-based bioethanol at 95 to 96.6%. Planika does not allow scented or gel fuel, so check with us before you order fuel.
What does it need to install?
A 230 V mains connection and a ceiling that takes the upper section, which weighs up to 50 kg. It is for indoor use only.
