We deliver worldwide. Delivery requirements vary by model, configuration and destination, so we quote freight to your door and confirm the details before your order is placed.
WarrantyBy model
Warranty cover depends on the model, fuel configuration and manufacturer. See the warranty page or ask us for the terms on the fire you are considering.
InstallationBy fuel
Bioethanol and electric versions need no chimney; every Naked Flame model still hangs on its own steel flue. Gas and wood versions vent through the roof and must be installed by a qualified installer to the building rules where you live. We will confirm what your fire needs before you order.

Fuel options
Bioethanol. An XL700 burner with a 7 L tank gives 4 kW and burns 9 to 12 hours a fill. No chimney or gas line is needed; the fire still hangs on its steel flue. The room must be at least 90 m3.
Electric. An electric flame insert, powered from a power point in the ceiling space, with the lead running inside the flue. No chimney or gas line is needed.
Gas. Fitted at the factory and installed to AS/NZS 5601.1 by a licensed gasfitter, with the flue venting through the roof. Gas versions do not rotate.
Wood. The wood version is an open-fronted fire, installed as an untested appliance under AS/NZS 2918 with building consent. Open-fronted wood fires are not allowed in many New Zealand urban areas, so check with your council before ordering.
Ceiling and installation
- Choose a flat or pitched ceiling fitting when you order.

- Keep at least 150 mm clear all the way round, and the base of the fire at least 500 mm above the floor.
- Installation is by a qualified installer for the fuel you choose, following the install guide and local building rules.
Finishes
- Black powdercoat: a matte black coat over steel.
- Corten steel: weathering steel with a rust-orange patina.
- Brushed stainless steel: a satin finish with a fine grain.
